Whether you are eating in one of our workplace dining halls, visitor attractions, or education setting, you should feel safe and reassured that the food and drink you eat have the most up-to-date, accurate information available to you.

Raspberry and Various Nuts


Claiming to be a completely ‘nut-free’ environment could lead to a false sense of security. At Métier, we take allergies very seriously and train all of our staff to handle and safely manage customers with food allergies. 

Whenever possible, we avoid using products containing nuts; however,  we will occasionally use products with a ‘may contain nuts’ declaration.

We advise people to inform us in advance if they have a nut allergy to ensure they’re not served meals with a ‘may contain nuts’ declaration.


People with certain medical conditions may need a special diet plan not necessarily centred around intolerances or allergens. For example, some people with conditions that involve swallowing difficulties (dysphagia) may require a modified texture diet such as fork-mashed, smooth or pureed foods.

Métier will individually support anyone with special requirements to ensure a suitable and safe meal is available daily.
